Department: Marketing

Reporting Line: Marketing Director

Job Purpose: To oversee the roaming and wholesale life cycle growth stages within the company’s product development process to ensure the ongoing growth, profitability and competitiveness of the roaming business.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate market demands for roaming and wholesale offerings.

2. Contact vendors to look for new products and services or modify features, and evaluate offers, in addition to maintaining all the relationships between Asiacell & outside vendors, suppliers, data clearing house, and international gateway vendors.

3. Define marketing requirements for implementing new products, services, and features.

4. Issue marketing plan, manage project and prepare price/cost analysis in coordination with pricing for the new services.

5. Design and implement sales and customer care training program for new wholesale and roaming services.

6. Coordinate in the development of all communication items necessary for a successful product/service launch into the market.

7. Manage, develop, and maintain relationship between the company and all roaming partner including agreements negotiations.

Minor Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for preparing wholesale and roaming reports to the Management.

2. Exchange experience and knowledge with the rest of the wholesale and roaming team members and make sure the knowledge is transferred.
