Responsibilities

1. Administer Compensation,

2. Salary Planning and Budgeting,

3. Variable Compensation,

4. Total compensation and

5. eCompensation

Requirements

1. PeopleSoft Functional expert on ePerformance and Profile Management
2. Both profiles above would follow Oracle standard expectation o
3. Minimum 2 implementations on the required modules on ver 8.9/9.0
4. Minimum of 6 -8 years of total PeopleSoft implementation experience.
5. Please note that we are looking for pure Functional resources only.
