MANPOWER PLANNING SPECIALIST
The Role - The Manpower Planning Specialist plays a key role supporting our clients efforts by providing timely, relevant human capital information for their strategic initiatives and facilitates the integration of talent management with strategic human capital plans. The role will be mainly taking care of the manpower database including automation, co-coordinating with different divisions of the organization for reports, providing HR reports as and when required. Active role during business budgeting to justify the increase in headcount.
Responsibilities include:
· Extract information from databases using ad hoc queries as directed to accomplish various types of data mapping between workforce elements.
· Support the integration of strategic operational planning with human capital planning to determine appropriate staffing plans, future staffing needs, workforce capabilities/skills gaps, and internal talent opportunities.
· Develop metrics and reporting tools that can be effectively used for program assessment and reporting to leadership.
· Help to facilitate the development of end-to-end human capital management standard operating and analytic procedures and success measures.
· Provide human capital data quality assurance & reporting against measures
· Oversee assigned groups of the company and supporting various personnel from a workforce planning perspective, which includes reviewing and validating staffing requirements, developing best value options to satisfy staffing requirements with associated impact statements on forecasted gaps in corresponding skills requirements.
The Person - To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Min 8-10 yrs of total experience in the Human Resources field is a must
· At least 4+ years of excellent experience in Manpower Planning in the capacity of a Specialist for world renowned corporations is needed
· Knowledge of Telecom indistry is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
· Excellent multi-tasking ability to sustain pressure & meet deadlines
· Excellent experience in dealing with Senior Hiring Managers in understanding their staffing requirements and planning for the same.
· Excellent communication skill - spoken and written English is must.
