Job Description

To Design, develop, optimize, and test complex real-time embedded DSP software for VoIP/Audio on SoCs (consumer and mobile)


Job requirements

BS/MS in Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science.

Minimum 3 years experience in software/firmware development in real-time embedded systems with C/C++/assembly

Experience in design, development, benchmarking of DSP algorithms or other embedded real-time software components.

Background in DSP, including Fourier analysis, digital filter design, and MATLAB.

Knowledge of Voice over Internet (VoIP), speech/audio and basic computer architecture

Experience in floating-point and fixed-point programming and conversion

Experience on DSP programming/porting and optimization.

Experience in trouble shooting embedded DSP software

Self motivated and can work independently as well as a team.

Analog IC Designer

The Job:

Responsible for the IC's circuit design, simulation, prototype evaluation, characterization and support to the layout engineer.


Requirements:

- Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics' Engineering with 1-3 years' Analog IC design experience

- Familiar with SPICE or ELDO simulation in Cadence Environment

- Knowledge in one or more fields in Switching Regulators / Smart Power / Hard Disk Drive applications will be an advantage

- Graduating students with academic exposures with the above mentioned fields will also be considered

PM Role/Responsibilities:

• Execute and deliver medium to large projects both fixed price or time and materials, moderately complex in nature; ensuring that customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope, to budget and to the required quality standards.
• To cover Scope documented in Statement of Work document;
• To control costs such that projects are delivered within specified profitability margin;
• To control project within committed schedule; Forecast: Provide accurate and timely forecast for resource usage and revenue recognition;
• Project Reporting: Provide timely project status reports and other project management reports;
• Degree in a related field and/or Project Management certification (Prince2 or PMP);
• Typically requires 5 or more years of application software implementation experience, along with 3 or more years of industry experience. (banking);
• Atleast one implementation full cycle of any core banking project as Project Manager on Flexcube, Misys Equation, Temenos T24
• 3 years experience as a project manager in another setting
• Prior experience as part of a project management team (lead role with planning, resource management and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation;
